After being a nanny for newborns and infants for eight years, I decided to do more work with just newborns, which led to my training and work as a postpartum doula in May 2003. My love is to be with new babies and their families during the magical time just after birth. My goal is that parents feel comfortable and confident caring for their new one. I have experience with preemies and twins, and really enjoy working with single and teen moms as well as dads. The services I offer include baby care, teaching baby care, breastfeeding help, and light housework (laundry, dishes, meals). I am also willing to do occasional overnights.
